The day passes, and the students end up at a wild keg party in the woods.

This story shows how Hoover names Dillinger the first "Public Enemy Number One" and assigns top F.B.I. agent Melvin Purvis (Christian Bale) to use any means necessary to end the crime wave. Purvis gets help from reinforcements and directs F.B.I. forces toward the capture of Dillinger in a battle that ends outside the Biograph Theater.
