Lane Frost was a champion bull rider who won a rodeo world championship in 1987 at the tender age of 21. This is Frost's (Luke Perry) story, which includes his marriage to Kellie (Cynthia Geary) and his determination to make ends meet without using the money from his wife's family. He died in a rodeo accident in 1989. Not much here except for Luke Perry fans.
