A secret government laboratory makes kung-fu fighters out of chimpanzees. Employee Jack McCall (Matthew Modine) doesn't agree with what is going on, so he takes off with the chimp. When the government recovers the chimpanzee, Matthew and new-found friend, young genius Michael (Seth Adkins), team up to recover the chimp and stop the testing. Mindless family fun.
