Nearly 20 years after the first "Dirty Dozen" was filmed, this story begins when Maj. Gen. Warden (Ernest Borgnine) orders Major John Reisman (Lee Marvin) on another mission. Convicts–the Dirty Dozen–are again rounded up and, this time, led by Reisman to parachute behind enemy lines during World War II in order to kill a Nazi general and foil his plot to assassinate Hitler.
