Previous stars Craig T. Nelson and JoBeth Williams are gone, but the otherworld creatures are back. Carol Anne (Heather O'Rourke) moves in with Aunt Nancy (Nancy Allen) and Uncle Tom (Tom Skerritt) and shares their Chicago condominium. But, the evil creatures are not fooled, and the ghost of the evil Reverend Kane (Nathan Davis) is haunting Carol Anne and wants her to follow him "into the light."
