In this sequel to "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle," stoners Harold Lee (John Cho) and Kumar Patel (Kal Penn) head off to Amsterdam on vacation. They sneak a bong aboard the airplane, and after Kumar lights up the bong in the restroom, they end up in a cell in Guantanamo Bay as suspects in a terrorism plot. They manage to escape and, with Deputy Chief of Homeland Security Ron Fox (Rob Corddry) on their trail, try to reach the wedding of Kuma's ex, Vanessa (Danneel Harris), in Texas. Their hope is that Vanessa's fiance Colton (Eric Winter) will use his connections to clear their names, but more than a few obstacles lie in their way.
