  David (Kevin Dillon) heads to Berlin to claim the body of his CIA agent brother Michael (Rod Wilson) who he hasn't seen in years and discovers a computer disc that was left behind by Michael. David meets Monika Engelmann (Andrea Roth) who claims that the disc is hers. As Monica and David stay ahead of those pursuing them, he learns that the disc contains secret information, and David finds himself in the middle of international intrigue involving the CIA and the German secret police STASI.
