After the Democratic presidential and vice presidential candidates are killed in a plane crash, the party chooses inept Washington D.C. Mays names his bail bondsman brother, Mitch (Bernie Mac), as his running mate, and, to the surprise of party bigwigs, the tide turns as Mays' street talk begins to win over the voters.
