Again, he teams up with Detective Billy Rosewood and Sergeant John Taggart (Judge Reinhold and John Ashton). Now Axel is up against arms dealer Maxwell Dent (Jurgen Prochnow) who has made the mistake of sending Karla Fry (Brigitte Nielsen) to shoot Bogomil. Lots of guns and action.

This insightful film shows the ignorance, prejudice, and unfairness experienced by AIDS sufferers. Tom Hanks won an Oscar for his performance, and the song "Streets of Philadelphia" (Bruce Springsteen) also was an Academy Award winner. Three other nominations were received.

  Based on Kurt Vonnegut's short story, this tale involves the experiences of shy, hardware store employee Harry Nash (Christopher Walken) who takes on the persona of characters he portrays while acting in local theater productions. "A Streetcar Named Desire" is playing, and Harry, who has the role of Stanley Kowalski, is presently adapting his real life personality to reflect that of the impassioned "Stanley." At the same time, Helene Shaw (Susan Sarandon) has moved to town and wins the role of "Stella" playing opposite Harry. Helene falls in love with Harry–not knowing that Harry's real personality is the exact opposite from that of "Stanley."
