Five years ago, with a single touch, alien renegade Secundus (Sven-Ole Thorsen) impregnated Earthling Sonia (Marjorie Bransfield) with a mutant embryo containing powers to destroy the universe. Within minutes, Sonia gave birth to Tommy. Now, an alien cop, Abraxas (Jesse Ventura), comes to Earth in an attempt to arrest Secundus before he obtains the anti-life matter from Tommy (Francis Mitchell).
