Rancher Mike O'Day (Steve Clark) hires government agent Tom Kenyon (Tom Keene) and his sidekick Pierre La Farge (Frank Yaconelli) to help with the problem of a coalition between railroad owner Ed Spencer (I. Stanford Jolley) and rancher Ted Greenway (Hal Price). They want to charge the neighboring ranchers exorbitant prices to ship their horses and cattle as the means of forcing them out of the cattle business. Kenyon comes up with a plan to stop Spencer and Greenway, but will it work?
