American Indian/Vietnam vet Calvin Duggoi (Sonny Landham) deserted, was captured, deemed mentally incompetent, and committed to a hospital. Unhappy with this arrangement, Sonny escapes, captures his psychologists (Karen Carlson, Robert Chimento, Steve Kanaly, and Macon McCalman), and abandons them in a desert. From a safe distance, Sonny keeps an eye on the four victims as they attempt to survive in the unforgiving environment.
