  Natasha (Yancy Butler) is looking for her homeless, war-veteran father (Chuck Pfarrer) in New Orleans and hires Chance Boudreaux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) to help in her search. They find her father dead, and the trail leads to Randal Poe (Elliott Keener) who, in turn, works for wealthy Emil Fouchon (Lance Henriksen) who manages a game offering rich clients the chance to hunt down homeless veterans.
