But twists and turns rise to the fore when Ray mistakenly identifies Tina Littlehawk (Mariana Tosca) and treats her royally. Meanwhile, the real travel agent, Stu O'Malley (M. Emmet Walsh), must endure mismanagement from the eccentric staff.
