  After getting caught in a shoot-out at the unemployment office in Paradise, Arizona, Dude (Zack Ward) goes to his Uncle Dave (Dave Foley) asking for help and learns that the IRS is threatening to take everything that Dave owns and throw him in jail. Dave's solution for their problems is to hijack a shipment of penis-shaped Krotchy Dolls from the amusement park owned by Uwe Boll (himself) and sell them on eBay. But, Osama Bin Laden (Larry Thomas) also wants the dolls as part of a Taliban plot, and chaos ensues.
