This eerie variant of "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" features Christopher Lee in the role of Dr. Charles Marlowe who experiments with a drug that is intended to relieve inhibitions. When the drug is taken, Dr. Marlowe turns into the evil Mr. Blake. Each transformation results in an ever-increasingly hideous monster. Lawyer friend Frederick (Peter Cushing) tries to intervene.
