In this sequel to the "Billy Jack" films, Billy Jack (Tom Laughlin) is in prison. A U.S. Senator has died after promoting an investigation into the nuclear power industry, and the remaining Senator and the U.S. Government name Billy Jack to take the Senator's place in Congress. Billy Jack receives a pardon from prison and reports to the U.S. Senate where he uncovers corruption and, in his usual manner, sets out to bring honesty back to the Senate.
