But, most of the area kids go to ritzy Camp Canola, which is run by Charlie's old foe Lance Warner (Lochlyn Munro). Rivalries ensue between the camps, and when Lance challenges Charlie to an inter-camp Olympiad, Charlie calls in his Marine Colonel father Ben (Spencir Bridges) to get his bedraggled kids into shape.

Tommy "Machine" Gunn (Tommy Morrison) asks Rocky to train him, and Rocky agrees. All goes well until Tommy leaves Rocky and signs a deal with boxing promoter George Washington Duke (Richard Gant), which leads to a street fight between Tommy and Rocky.
