  Ex-con Duke Anderson (Sean Connery) develops a scheme to rob a New York apartment building. He needs money, and the mob funds his robberies. What Anderson does not know is that government agencies, aware that he is linked to the mob, are taping his every move. Now, the apartment building is filled with video cameras ready to tape Anderson's every move. The good supporting cast includes Christopher Walken in his film debut, and Alan King does a very good job playing Mafia don Pat Angelo.

While conducting a symphony, Claude plots the method he will use to get revenge by murdering Daniella. But, the plan he dreams up turns out to be difficult to carry out, and the humor of his bungling becomes the name of the game.
