  In his quest to take over the world, the dastardly, diabolical, crazed Fu Manchu (Christopher Lee) concocts a lipstick that contains a powerful poison–lethal only to men. His plan: have beautiful women wear the lipstick and kiss important men who are a hindrance to his goal. One of the intended victims is Detective Denis Nayland-Smith (Richard Greene), Fu Manchu's arch-nemesis. With help, our detective hero tracks down and saves the world while also finding an antidote for the poison.

  The "magnificent seven" gunslingers are back in action–this time they save the oppressed citizens of a village who are held under the control of evil rancher Lorca (Emilio Fernandez). Lorca has captured Chico (Julian Mateos) and the other men of his town because he wants them to build a chuch in memory of his deceased son. Chico's wife Petra (Elisa Montes) contacts Chris (Yul Brynner) who rounds up another group of seven, and they come to town to rescue Chico and the others.

  Garry Spikes (Lee Marvin) is a veteran gunman who is wounded, and runaway boys–Les Richter (Ron Howard) and Will Young (Gary Grimes)–nurse him back to health. They love hearing Spikes tell about his past adventures, and Spikes encourages them to form an outlaw gang with him as their leader. Les and Will enter the world of bank robberies with Spikes, but then Spikes double-crosses them and hunts them as a bounty hunter. When Will decides to settle the score and get revenge, mayhem is certain to follow.
