Walter (Raymond J. Barry) is dying of cancer and wants to come clean. So he asks neighbor Ron (Dylan Haggerty), a cameraman, to film his story. The story: he is the mysterious "second assassin" who fired the shot that killed President Kennedy. During the filming, Walter and Ron search for the man who supposedly trained Walter. When they are thwarted by forces that seem to want to keep the story secret, Ron becomes a believer in the assassination plot.
