The love of baseball and the "simplicity" of the 1950s when the game meant more than the money–that's the theme of this film that follows aging pitcher Roy Dean Bream (William Russ) as his career nears an end with a losing minor league team. The manager is under pressure to let Roy go to make room for a new player, Tyrone (Glenn Plummer), the team's first black player. A friendship grows between the two, and Roy shows Tyrone his "special" pitch that once gave him a short stay in the major leagues. But, Roy's days are numbered on the team.

In this sequel to 1982's "Zapped!," Kevin (Todd Eric Andrews) is a new kid in school. He turns out to be a geeky clown who isn't particularly liked. He joins the Science Club where he finds a bottle containing a potion, and, after drinking it, Kevin finds that he has telekinetic powers. Then the "fun" begins.
