Wealthy saloon owner Cherry Malotte (Ann Baxter) falls in love with Glennister but becomes the pawn of McNamara. Meanwhile, Glennister has fallen in love with Helen (Barbara Britton) whose uncle, Judge Stillman (Carl Benton Reid), is in cahoots with McNamara. Glennister is arrested on a murder charge but breaks out of jail and ends up in a fistfight with McNamara to gain back his rights to reopen his mine.
