While tracking down the attackers, Lauren finds herself in grave danger from a web of corruption that extends over both sides of the border.

After Rand disappears but his body is not found, and Rand's girlfriend commits suicide in despair, it becomes clear that there is more going on than meets the eye.

And then there is Remy (Michael Rapaport), a confused young man, who joins local skinheads carrying out violent acts. The stories intertwine in this lesson about hypocrisy in institutions of higher learning.
