They learn that Cochran designs masks containing chips that he can activate on Halloween night. The chips are deadly and are the means to hatch his plot to murder children as they embark on their night of "Trick or Treat." Will Cochran be stopped before committing his deadly act?

When others find out what he is delivering, Bruce learns to fight for his own defense.
