  Mexico City computer hacker Lolo (Diego Luna) and his cohorts–Tomson (Jesus Ochoa) and Nene (Lucas Crespi)–make a deal to deliver a CD-ROM containing computer access to Swiss bank accounts in exchange for diamonds. The deal sours when Lolo delivers the wrong CD-ROM to Russian mobster Svoboda (Norman Sotolongo), and greed escalates into flying bullets leaving bodies in their wake.

  Based on a novella by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, this is a powerful story of hope and despair in the face of poverty, sickness, and aging. Set in Mexico in the late 1940s, this is the story of the Colonel (Fernando Lujan), who fought in the war to overthrow the clerical rulers years before. Now he dresses up each week and goes to the pier awaiting the arrival of a letter that announces his pension–a letter that he knows will never arrive.
