Blade uses Krista as a double agent, and they infiltrate vampire Marcus Van Sciver's (Neil Jackson) world at the House of Chthon where Marcus tries to use Krista in his battle against Blade.

By now, Terry is obsessed with what he believes is a threat to his country, and his paranoid thinking leads him to the decision that he, as a patriot, must take matters into his own hands as the one American citizen in a position to stop Gabe.
