  After violently expressing his frustrations with the Gulf War while serving in the Marine Corps, Tommy Santoro (James Marsden) ends up in jail where FBI agent Horvath (Brian Dennehy) offers him a deal in which Tommy will help bring down a Sicilian mob boss who fights for turf against the Italian-American mob. Tommy agrees to the deal–knowing that not only he but his brother Vincent (Brad Renfro) and cousin Joey (Giovanni Ribisi) who are involved with the Italian-American mob will receive amnesty.

Rocky and Bullwinkle remain cartoon characters rescuing Earthlings from Natasha (Rene Russo) and Boris (Jason Alexander) who cross over into the human world where they join Fearless Leader (Robert De Niro) in an evil plot to take over the world. It seems like a good idea, but it goes nowhere.

Aunt Viv trusts her niece Rachel (Piper Perabo) to take care of Chloe for a week, and they head off on a trip to Mexico. Alone for the first time, Chloe discovers her roots and depends on others–especially her new-found friend, a German shepherd named Delgado (voice of Andy Garcia)–to lead her to safety. Meanwhile, Sam and Papi arrive to help Rachel search for Chloe somewhere in Mexico.

  I thought this was a great movie. I had to watch it twice though
to pick up the finer points.Michael Caine was excellent and captured the part
perfectly.
