Based on Dan Brown's bestselling book, events transpire after those of "The Da Vinci Code." Clues lead to a resurrected sect, the Illuminatis, that has kidnapped four high-ranking Cardinals who are in line to succeed the Pope. The plan is to kill them one-by-one and then bomb Vatican City to show the power of science over faith. Along the way, Langdon joins forces with Italian scientist Vittoria Vetra (Ayelet Zurer), and they search through catacombs and crypts for answers to the villains' identities.

The Golden Age is long gone, and the tyrannical King Miraz (Sergio Castellitto) sits on the throne. He is determined to replace his nephew Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) with his own baby son as the rightful heir. The Pevensie kids come to Caspian's aid with help from Trumpkin the Red Dwarf (Peter Dinklage), a valiant mouse Reepicheep (Eddie Izzard), and other colorful creatures. First, a "mano a mano" contest between Miraz and Peter takes place, but that doesn't solve the problems. Finally, a raging battle between the two armies appears to be the only way to restore the magic that was Narnia.

Through flashbacks, the story is told about four World War II soldiers–Cpl. Negron, Sgt. Stamps (Derek Luke), Sgt. Cummings (Michael Ealy), and Pfc. Train (Omar Benson Miller)–from the all-Black "Buffalo Soldier" Division who are trapped behind enemy lines. Their fellow soldiers have been killed, and they are the sole survivors, but they find relative safety in an Italian village and relate to some of the residents. As the flashbacks progress, they reveal how Negron's shooting relates to an encounter in that village 40 years ago.

On Larry's first night at the museum, he falls asleep and awakens to a museum filled with animated dinosaurs, dioramas, and wax figures that have come to life. Larry learns that this has been happening since the 1950s after the arrival of an Egyptian Tablet, and he now understands that his job is to make sure the museum is back in order by the time it opens each morning. Larry seeks help and is aided by one of the wax figures, President Teddy Roosevelt (Robin Williams), who steps in and helps Larry maintain order and save the day. 1 User Review
