Super-thief Thomas Taylor (Christian Slater) is out of jail and back in business with a fresh group of henchmen. His gang includes Eddie (Balthazar Getty), Virginia (Daryl Hannah), and Rock (Bokeem Woodbine). They pull off a heist that could give them $1,000,000 in cash. But, there is a problem: the cash has been marked, and now corrupt FBI agent Cornell (Val Kilmer) decides to use Taylor's gang for his own profit and gets them involved in robbing a riverboat casino.
