After their bus runs out of gas in a hot North African desert, the 11 passengers come up with a unique way to pass the time: stage a performance of "King Lear." Retired actor Henry (David Bradley) assigns roles for the play that are based on the stripped-down personalities of the passengers. As the situation grows more threatening, aggressive potentials of the play's characters come into play.
