Monroe (Kevin Bernhardt) forbidden pleasures if he will provide Pinhead with victims needed to provide parts for his new body.

Aubrey is kidnapped by a serial killer and is tortured, losing an arm and a leg. Two weeks later, Aubrey is found, but the look-alike insists she isn't Aubrey, but Dakota, the girl created by Aubrey. Dakota, now with artificial limbs, takes on a life of porn while her parents and police try to figure out what's going on. A disappointing film.
