Dallas cop Amanda Reeve (former supermodel Rachel Hunter) is assigned to investigate the murder of a law professor at a prestigious college while others on the force investigate a serial killer who targets prostitutes. Despite her frustration over losing her lover, Amanda jumps into her assignment and finds that this may be a case of grades for sex. Ho-hum. Amanda is often confused, but so is the audience.
