Legendary outlaw Jesse James (John Lupton) has escaped a trap set by Marshal MacPhee (Jim Davis), but Jesse's partner Hank Tracy (Cal Bolder) has been wounded. They meet Juanita Lopez (Estelita Rodriguez) who is attracted to Jesse, and she takes them to mission doctor Maria Frankenstein (Narda Onyx) who happens to be Victor Frankenstein's granddaughter. Of course, Maria is following in her grandfather's footsteps, and she transplants the brain of Frankenstein's original Monster into the head of Tracy. After turning Tracy into the bald zombie, Igor, who terrorizes the townsfolk, a showdown is a certainty.
