J.T. Wayne (Sandra Bernhard) captains a salvage spaceship on a mission to intercept a derelict cargo ship that is on a collision course with Earth. The cargo ship carries enough unstable fuel that would virtually destroy the planet. Unfortunately, there are enemies on the salvage ship who have different plans for the ship, as does J.T.'s computer.
