Sir Henry Morgan (Torin Thatcher) claims to be a reformed pirate and has been ordered to put an end to the pirate Blackbeard (Robert Newton). Edward Maynard (Keith Andes) agrees to help Morgan because he believes that Morgan is still a pirate, and he wants to bring him down. Maynard allows himself to be captured by Blackbeard who also captures Morgan's adopted daughter Edwina (Linda Darnell) and her lady in waiting, Alvina (Irene Ryan). When the fact that Morgan and Blackbeard are working together is uncovered, sword fights ensue in this adventure about piracy on the high seas. 1 User Review
