Although Charlie (Don Keith Opper) warns them about the Critters, the Critter reproduces, and their apartment building residents are terrorized by the hungry killers. Some of the residents manage to escape to the attic where they try to prevent becoming the next victims. The stage is now set for "Critters 4."
