Wild Things: Diamonds in the Rough 2005 R, 87 min. Genre: Drama / Thriller
Director: Jay Lowi Cast: Sarah Laine, Sandra McCoy, Linden Ashby, Ron Melendez, Claire Coffee, Brad Johnson, Michael Mantell, Dina Meyer, Van Epperson, Nikki Griffin
Here comes another sequel, or, like the second of the series, a remake of "Wild Things." Spoiled, rich Marie (Sarah Laine) has a problem: her stepfather, Jay (Brad Johnson), will not part with two valuable diamonds that Marie's mother left for her in the will. Add Elena (Sandra McCoy), from the wrong side of the tracks, to the problem. She accuses Jay of rape and will accept the diamonds as restitution. Plenty of double-crossing and plot twists in this sleazy thriller.
