It's been five years since the gates of Hell were opened and shut, and Terry (Louis Tripp) is the only one of the original protagonists left in town. But things aren't going well for Terry–or his father. So, Terry decides to try to re-open the gates by going through a ritual and try to make a deal with the demons. It works, and one of the small demons appears. At first, things are great as wishes are granted, but things go sour and Terry must again fight the creatures while trying to re-close the gate.

A CIA agent, thought to be dead from a CIA-instigated crash while bringing a Soviet scientist to freedom, turns up after having escaped from a Russian prison. Finding that his wife has remarried, he proceeds to clean up the corrupt city from a ruthless family to protect his own family. Meanwhile, the CIA and corrupt family are after him. Yuk.
