Once again we enter the world of young Bastian Bux (Jason James Richter) who escapes to the library to avoid school bullies, The Nasties, led by Slip (Jack Black). The Childlike Empress (Julie Cox) asks Bastian to reenter the real world and retrieve the book from Slip and his gang. With help from his sister Nicole (Melody Kay), Bastian sets off on his mission to save Fantasia.
