While stableboy Nicholas (Joe Dallesandro) entertains Frankenstein's wife Katrin (Monique Van Vooren) with sexual favors, Frankenstein is assisted by Otto (Arno Juerging) and creates a male and a female zombie in an effort to begin a new race of zombies.
