A psychotic, Horace (Mitch Pileggi), slashes his way through entire families until he is caught with help from young Jonathan (Peter Berg) and electrocuted. But, Horace had made a pact with the Devil and returns as an evil spirit, possessing others and making them continue the killings. The ultimate goal is to take revenge on Jonathan. Plenty of satire and rip-offs of other films. Fun, in a sordid sort of way.
