  A Chicago cop (Scott Wiper) is disillusioned with his work, so he quits and heads back to his hometown. On the way, he inadvertently gets mixed up with the FBI and the Chicago Mafia when he is mistaken for a missing agent that both groups are after. The chase is on in this weak film.
