Eight years after Bruce Lee's death, archival footage of his amazing martial arts feats are featured (at least in the first half of the film) with a double (Kim Tai Chung) being used in most of the scenes. Billy (Bruce Lee/Kim Tai Chung) is killed while attending a friend's funeral, and his brother tracks down those responsible.
