Along the way, they have run-ins with villains Snow Miser (Dick Shawn) and Heat Miser (George S. Irving). Santa gets word of their problems and comes to the rescue through the Thistlewhite family (Ron Marshall and Colin Duffy) who truly believe in the Christmas spirit.
