Blade meets Krista Starr (Jill Wagner) who is trying to find the facts behind her twin brother's murder, and the trail leads to vampires. Blade uses Krista as a double agent, and they infiltrate vampire Marcus Van Sciver's (Neil Jackson) world at the House of Chthon where Marcus tries to use Krista in his battle against Blade.
