Batman (George Clooney) and Robin (Chris O'Donnell) have a double dose of trouble on their hands. Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger) intends to take over Gotham City by putting it in a deep freeze while extreme environmentalist Poison Ivy (Uma Thurman), with her lethal venom AND super-human sidekick, plots to rid the Earth of its animals–including HUMANS–to save plant life.
