In this direct-to-video sequel, Bobby and Dinger (Corey Feldman and Corey Haim) move to Hollywood and room together with Lena (Stacie Randall). They receive a package containing two pairs of sunglasses that have magical powers: the wearer of one pair can control the person wearing the other pair. But problems lie ahead when the inventor sets out to retrieve the glasses at any cost.

This film opens with a robbery attempt in which only one of the perpetrators, Johnny (Mekhi Phifer), survives. Despite the odds, Johnny tries to make a life for himself as a boxer by training with former heavyweight champ Lou (William Forsythe).
