In this documentary, Michael Moore tries to expose the faults in the American health care system that he says does not do enough in caring for the sick and injured. Moore uses health care horror stories about Americans who did not receive appropriate health care in the U.S. and then travels to France, Britain, and Canada where all medical treatments seem to be free. Moore also takes three boatloads of 9/11 survivors to Cuba where they receive treatment at a Havana hospital. Through these medical stories about good care, Moore hopes to inspire all U.S. politicians to improve America's health care system. An Academy Award nomination was received for Best Documentary.
