  Susan Hamilton (Thora Birch) is newly pregnant and enjoying a perfect marriage with her husband (Christien Anholt). But there is a problem: when Susan sleeps, she dreams about a mortuary worker, Karen Clarke (also played by Birch), who is being pursued by serial killer Needletooth (Oliver Price). Unable to cope with her nightmares, Susan consults a psychiatrist, Dr. Woodleigh (Toby Stephens). Karen, meanwhile, dreams about Susan, and now Susan is experiencing strange occurrences. What is going on as their consciousness and sub-consciousness begin to intersect?

Assanti handcuffs himself to Scott and then claims that he is wired with explosives ready to detonate if demands are not met.
